Weather Update
- The summer warning has given way to a rain warning as the unpredictable climate in India has brought rains to many parts of India, bringing some much needed but ultimately disastrous relief from heat.
- While the showers are cool, and wet, and all; something nobody seems to be talking about is how insanely humid Bangalore has gotten. It has become nigh impossible to walk from point A to point B without becoming a sweaty mess.
PS: these rains - according to convventional folk wisdom - are rather bad since the greatest driver of Indian Monsoon is the insane amount of heat generated in the hot summers of the Indian Subcontinent which draws in the moisture laden winds of the Arabian sea and the Indian ocean causing monsoon in India. If the landmass of India cools before monsson, the cycle can be broken.

- It's also the obligatory May the 4th be with you week. I also make some May the 4th Artwork.
- I also went to play DnD over the preceeding weekend, as usual it was rather fun.
- More RPGs followed on Thursday Night, where I visited the Underline Center for a Star Wars/Blades in the Dark hybrid. As is usual, my robot character died.
Good Deed of the Week
- I saw an old person stumble and fall on the pavement, rushed to help him, helped him up, get some water, wash a cut on his had, meanwhile another passersby went to fetch the old persons' relative. I felt good, but also kind of stupid as to why I did not think of getting someone first. Anyways, the person is likely okay for now. Also goes to show folks shouldn't be out in the sun too long I guess.

- I made some progress with the guestbook API. With any luck, the month of May will see me roll out a guestbook on this site.
